1. mod-cband needs axps2.
So all you have to do is install axps package.
#apt-get install apache2-prefork-dev


2. download below source code file.


mod-cband-0.9.7.5.tgz



#tar -xzvf mod-cband-0.9.7.5.tgz
#cd mod-cband-0.9.7.5


#./configure
#make

#make install


#a2enmod cband
#/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
